The metal strut hangers include round white cardboard tubes where garments an be comfortably hung. The tube is slightly tacky. Perfect for dress pants, slacks, skirts, jeans and other garments. These wire hangers are standard industrial grade for dry cleaning and laundry businesses. Please note: the metal wire does not go all the way through the cardboard tube.
